Delivery - UK

Standard delivery quoted at checkout is for UK Mainland addresses only (not Highlands, Islands or NI).  We are happy to ship to other areas, but please contact us before paying and we will advise on shipping costs to other areas.

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

Cotswold Printers will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Delivery - France

You can buy online for shipping to France.  At checkout you will be given shipping options and prices based on the weight & size of your overall purchase.  For all other shipping locations, please contact us for a shipping cost.

Other International Locations

Being one of the leading printer dealers in Europe we have considerable experience of dealing across Europe, Scandinavia and North America. We ship regularly to mainland Europe including France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Austria, Malta, Gibraltar, Sweden, Finland Denmark & Norway.  Please contact us for more information on export / import of our equipment, VAT reclaiming and shipping costs not covered by the standard checkout rates.

Warranty - General

The warranty period of all items sold is stated on the item page. The warranty period begins from the invoice/sale date.  We offer no on-site warranty or technical support. 

Unless specified otherwise, we operate a RTB (Return To Base) warranty procedure.  Warranty is solely undertaken on the basis that the goods should be returned to us during the warranty period, at the expense of the buyer, for examination.  Repair, or a replacement will be offered providing that the equipment is in the same condition as provided (not tampered with) and failure was not attributable to wilful damage or caused by improper use.  If a replacement under warranty is necessary, we do not guarantee that we will be able to supply the exact model.  In such cases, we reserve the right to provide a substitute item with similar technical specifications, external condition and age.
Unless supplied as new, toners, print heads and inks are not covered by warranty.  Other consumable items (e.g. drum units, transfer units and fusers), unless provided as new, are covered under warranty for a maximum of 28 days or 10,000 pages printed, as they are subject to periodic replacement in normal usage.
All products sold on the understanding that they are untested or for spares/repair have no warranty.  Products that are modified or changed are no longer covered by warranty. 

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Cotswold Printers shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.


You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order at checkout.

Force Majeure

Cotswold Printers shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


If you need to return a product purchased from Cotswold Printers then you have 28 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Cotswold Printers website, or by phoning us on 01684.276178.

All orders taken before 1pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5pm the same day.
